Fishing guide
Green Jobfish (Aprion virescens) is a marine demersal fish from the Lutjanidae family, inhabiting the Indo-Pacific region. It lives in coastal waters near rocky and coral reefs, in channels and deep lagoons at a depth of 1 to 120 meters. It can reach 16 kilograms of weight. The Green Jobfish feeds mainly on fish, but can also eat crustaceans, cephalopods, and zooplankton. It can lead either a solitary lifestyle, or flock into small groups. You can best catch it with bottom and jig tackle.
If you are more into artificial lures, you should go for some Pilkers.
The most successful lure is Silver/Gold Trophy Double Hook Pilker 150 g, #7/0.
