Fishing guide
Bighead Carp (Hypophthalmichthys Nobilis) is a species of Asian freshwater fish that belongs to the Carp family. Native to large rivers and lakes of eastern Asia, these fish have been widely introduced in many countries of the world. Bighead Carp is a large fish with a narrow body that is dark gray on the back and white closer to its belly. It has a big, scaleless head with low-set eyes and a large toothless mouth, that it uses to filter water. These fish typically grow in length to about 60-110 cm, and a weight ranging from 2 to 18 kg, with unique specimen sometimes reaching up to 40 kg in mass. Bighead Carp are filter-feeders with a diet predominantly made up of plankton.
When it comes to float, feeder, or bottom fishing, the best way to catch Bighead Carp would be to use Vegetables on a size #8/0 hook.
